I am an ESL teacher and many of my students speak Spanish. My experience has taught me all about a new language and a new culture. I learned to think in a way that I never did before. A beautiful experience! I also realized what my students must feel like when they come to the US not knowing any English. What a humbling experience that was perfect for someone in my profession!
