I most enjoyed actually learning Espanol and meeting Ecuadorian people and other foreigners. It was fulfilling to take the knowledge I learned in class and use it on the streets. Also - I was impressed by the Amazon jungle week I signed up for. Great hiking and opportunity to learn a little Spanish.
